New tracker page for your bullet journals! Got an event coming up? that's a good time to use this page. Number the days and circle your goal date. Keep track every day (we suggest the morning just before your shower) until you hit the magic number! If you don't have a short term goal we suggest our other tracker page to watch by the month. Watching day to day in the long term can be very stressful and that can cause retention, over eating or even depression. Watching your weight should be about getting healthy and feeling good. Keep your journey positive by finding what is most effective and appropriate for you. And remember, we believe in you!
