Guest Post: Create a Daily Stretch Program

Add a five minute stretch routine to your 10 minute meditation session. Whether sitting still silently, or using a smartphone app like CALM, making the time each day to meditate can have incredible effects on clarity, mood, focus, and a sense of well-being. Now while you’re down there, roll right into a 5-10 position stretch program (tons to choose from on YouTube) that you can memorize and perform daily that increases flexibility, blood flow, and reduces risk of injury. Even as a professional bodybuilder, this invaluable 15 minutes of my day is every bit as important as an hour with the weights
