Guest Post: My Goals Don't Have to Be Your Goals

I wanted to use this picture as a #throwback but more importantly to convey a message...

YOU DON’T HAVE TO GET THIS LEAN! ☝🏼

Having a goal or challenge or standing up and saying ‘I want to change’ or ‘I want to achieve x, y, z’ is fricking awesome!
And so empowering!
And you learn a hell of a lot going through a process like this!
.
But getting ‘shredded’ might not (and shouldn’t necessarily) be your goal 🥅
.
Maybe you want to lose half a stone?
Want to feel better for a holiday/wedding etc?
Improve health and energy levels?
Build some muscle/shape/sculpt?
Want to learn more about nutrition & exercise?
Fancy a challenge?

THESE ARE ALL LEGITIMATE GOALS!

It doesn’t have to be THIS restrictive, THIS extreme, THIS lean...
.
In fact, if you’d ask me how I felt at the time, I’d have probably said ‘too fat’, ‘not lean enough’, ‘hungry’ and ‘irritable’ 😂😂
.
Precisely why within our coaching programs, whilst we can (and do) give clients prescribed meal plans, we don’t favour it for the simple reason that they don't work for lifestyle long term.

A diet plan is not empowering, it takes you away from your own decision making process which you need for long term success.

So, instead of restrictive meal plans, we educate you to take charge of your own nutrition in a way that works for you and still get the desired results in the process.

We give you the virtual kick in the ass when needed, plus all the know-how you need to nail your fitness goals... WHATEVER they may be.
