Blueberry Pie Shake

Impress your friends and family with this simple sweet and healthy treat! The rich color comes from the freshest blueberries. Add a scoop or two of BELIGHT Vanilla ice cream to make your Pie ala mode!
1 cup almond milk, or milk of choice
(used Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk)
1 scoop Vanilla Belight protein
dash of cinnamon
1 cup frozen blueberries
¼ cup frozen or fresh blueberries for topping, optional
crust, (optional)
In high-speed blender blend milk, Be light protein
powder, cinnamon, and blueberries until smooth.
Pour in a glass and top with optional blueberries.
If making optional crust lay pieces across the top.
Pie Crust:
1 TBSP raw cashew butter
1 tsp raw agave
2 TBSP almond meal

To make crust mix cashew butter and agave together,
add in almond meal and mix until combine. Roll into a
ball and flatten on parchment paper. Cut strips with
knife or pizza cutter. These will be fragile so make the
lattice work on parchment paper and transferr to top
of glass. If extras that hang over fall off, remove others
for a clean edge. If you want you can just crumble the
crust over the top!
